ABOUT
ABOUT ME

Hello my name is Chloe Gill I am a  22 year old  Contemporary Craft student at Falmouth University.  I am passionate about the woodland realm and its animal companions and obviously all things crafty.

I consider nature to be a huge part of my life, as growing up in the countryside exploring forests, making fairy dens and woodlice houses has enthralled  me with an immense sense of adventure and wanderlust, informing my ideas and choices.

WHAT I'VE DONE

I have recently worked on a few projects which have involved collaboratively working in groups creating site specific installation pieces for The Eden Project and Valentia Isles Festival.

I have worked at festivals such as Camp Bestival doing clay workshops with children and currently work at Zelda School in Gweek doing such activities.

WHAT I DO

I specialise in ceramics but do incorporate glass, metals, wood and other materials into my work. I create ceramic vessels based on old milk bottles; adorned with my own illustrations inspired by my life in the countryside.

I also work in sculptural ceramics creating an array of English fauna.

I love what I do and am always on the lookout for more work, more inspiration and more opportunity to create something wonderful.
